With hundreds of medical practice valuations completed across 35+ states, he brings deep expertise in healthcare business valuation to every engagement. His work spans solo practices to multi-physician groups and ambulatory surgery centers, covering specialties including ophthalmology, primary care, dermatology, pain management, and more.

In addition to valuation work, Alexey represents physicians selling their practices, connecting them with qualified buyers including private equity groups, hospital systems, and individual physicians. His dual expertise in valuation and brokerage gives clients a distinct advantage: accurate pricing from day one and experienced guidance through closing.
